We pride ourselves on our products and professional service. If, in the unlikely event, the product does not reach you in perfect condition please contact our Customer Relations Department on 01263 711222 or contact us by email.
Your statutory rights are not affected by the following:
Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted.
Confirmation of Order. Once an order has been placed, we will send you an email of confirmation including a contact name, the total price and delivery date.
No refund will be given if the customer has placed a mail order and is not in to collect the parcel and it had spoiled as a result.
Tracking your Delivery. We will contact you by telephone or e-mail if notified of any unexpected delays.
Our products are packed in insulated containers with freezer packs to ensure their freshness. Delivery will be by first class post or overnight courier to reach you the next working day if requested.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept delivery. Packaging damaged during transit must be reported to us immediately upon receipt.
All prices exclude packing, to addresses on UK mainland only.
We apologise that owing to distribution costs we are unable to accept orders from overseas, Northern Ireland and Scottish
Highlands.
